Na pension basic ₹ 56255 . EHS cutting ₹1.5 /-ayite ₹843 kavali .but cutting 1500 avutunnayi. Please clarify me.

I have given a letter to STO, patancheru to stop recovery of NEHS as I am already having CGHS card of my spouse who retired from central Govt. Eventhough, the recovery of NEHS was defucted Rs. 955/-.kindly guide any expert or union leader how can I save my amount please🙏
